experience, with 24 years of public accounting
experience. He has extensive experience in

fiduciary tax returns. Frank also has a wide
range of experience ranging from estate tax and
planning to audits of industries and nonprofit
organizations. His practice areas consist of the
trucking industry, restaurants, retail
businesses, Medicare and Medicaid cost reports
for FQHC's, and farming and agricultural related
businesses.

Steve has over 16 years of accounting
experience. He has been in public accounting for
the past eight years. Before that, Steve was the
Chief Financial Officer of Bulloch Memorial
Hospital for eight years. He has experience in
individual, partnership, corporation, and estate
tax planning and preparation. His practice areas
consist of the health care industry, farming and
agricultural businesses, retail, and
restaurants.
